How to return your real nappies to The Clean Green Nappy Machine

We work hard to ensure you get the right nappy for you and your baby. If for any reason you want to return or exchange your goods, please do so within ten days of receipt.

Please note that the cost of returning goods to The Clean Green Nappy Machine is borne by you, and everything must be returned unworn and undamaged in the original packaging with the original purchase receipt. Please note Tots Bots have a seperate returns policy for faulty goods - you can send them straight back to Tots Bots, at Tots Bots Ltd, Carntyne Ind Est., 30 Camelon Street, Carntyne, Glasgow, G32 6AF.  Please include a description of the fault, and of course, your own address for them to send them back to. They will then repair or replace them as appropriate. If you are returning non-faulty Tots Bots nappies which you are returning because you have changed your mind, or we have send you the incorrect items, they should come straight back to us, as per the form below.
