We only stock the current version of pop-in nappies. In the bamboo, or original nappy, the most up-to-date version is the V2.
This is an absolute gem of a real nappy . It's one-size and all-in-one - which means that you only have to buy one set of the cloth nappies to fit your baby through all of his or her nappy-wearing life. In a range of lovely unisex colours (including white for the minimalist amongst us!) the reusable nappies are great for baby and parents alike.
The inner is a lovely soft bamboo which, as the name suggests, poppers in to the outer wrap, which has ‘pockets’ at front and back similar to wraps used for prefolds, to hold the bamboo nappy element in place. In addition, you can purchase an extra dri-night Booster which wraps around the inner and works really well at making the reusable completely leak free for long use - for instance at night time or long journeys. Bamboo has naturally antibacterial qualities, and is one of the most environmentally friendly fabrics currently in use for real nappies . which adds to the desirability of this range. The entire inner bamboo portion then comes out of the outer shell for washing - meaning you avoid a lot of the conventional problems with all in ones - like a less thorough wash and a longer drying time - as each element is washed and dried separately and therefore more efficiently.
The outer is really nice and soft - lined with poly urethane to make it leak-proof, the fabric coating means it looks and feels softer than traditional wraps. It has great stretchy tabs at the side, which give a great range of adjustability, and fasten on to a soft touch wash tab on the inside to prevent snagging during the wash, which can degrade the aplix fastening on real nappies . The leg binding has a lovely double gusset which is also a great addition for keeping the outer leakproof.
On the front are four rows of poppers (the picture above, showing just three rows, was taken before the products' latest redesign) which you can leave unfastened for older babies, or fasten down to the smallest setting for new borns. These adjust the rise really well, and in conjunction with the side tabs, ensure a comprehensive range of fit for these cloth nappies . (Please note the images are for illustration purposes and the colour may vary from the item being described).
The dri-night Booster fastens around the insert to bulk up the nappy for night-time use, or for long journeys or heavy wetters. Although this does add bulk to the nappy, as it's made out of bamboo to start with, which is so absorbant, it is more slimline than a cotton alternative.
All of our testers have loved this real nappy , and we're sure it's set to become a firm favourite amongst cloth nappy fans.

Not my favourite nappy, but its not too bad. Fits nicely and comes up fairly slim. Reasonably absorbent, but doesn't last much longer than about 2 hours for me, so never really at the top of my pile. The applix is really good and strong, but the laundry tabs often come unstuck in the wash, I find it better to just redo the nappy for washing, rather than use the laundry tab. Bamboo stays fairly soft in hard water, but does take an age to dry. I have been using them less and less as my baby has got older and does bigger wees! Never got these nappies to work at night, even using the dri-night booster.

These are one of my favourite nappies.I like the subtle colours and soft fabric. We prefer to use them for night time as they are the most absorbent of all the brands we use. We have never really needed to use the prefold boosters as the ones that wre sold with the nappy are quite able to contain a whole night's worth of wee. The only negatives about these nappies are that they don't dry as fast as microfibre ones. Secondly, the inner fabric gradually gets quite rough to touch especially if dried in the sun but that is just the ageing and wear of the fabric. They are also quite bulky especially on a newborn. However, they are generally reliable and I would recommend them.

These are brilliant nappies. Drying time is not a problem - in the sun they dry in a day if they are completely unpopped. I love them!

We mostly use a two part nappy/wrap system, having had constant leaks with other pocket nappies, but the Pop-in is wonderful - easy to use when we're out and about, lovely to feel and we've not had a leak with it! Don't mind the drying times - would much rather have a reliable nappy. Definitely going to get a few more of these for days out.

so cute! This versatile nappy will fit all sizes. I have just bought mine to try on a chubby-bottomed 17 month old and it fits fine. The lining fits inside the nappy with poppers, making it easier to wash and dry. The bamboo toweling is highly absorbent and so lovely and soft. The pumpkin colour is really lovely too. These are easily as good, if not better, than disposables. They may seem expensive at first, but will save you a packet in the long run. In 17 months I have only spent £250 on (reusable) nappies. I recommend these all-in-ones as they save faffing around with liners, nappy covers etc and they are also a little slimmer fitting on baby. Bamboo nappies do take a little longer to dry, as they are so highly absorbent, so make sure you have enough on hand to last the day ( I tend to use 5 max).

I wish I found this nappy to begin with as this is brilliant - the wrap never feels wet and it does not leak. Dries as quick as any of the 2 part bamboo nappies but is very helpful if you have a childminder and want a system as easy as disposables to use!
Angie D'Andrea - Saturday 15th May 2010 - 20:03
No leakages and my daughter seemed to like them, however they didn't dry very quickly. As a result I prefer the dream-dri, which is much better.
Mr Krishnan Bhaskaran - Monday 25th January 2010 - 15:36
This nappy seemed easy and reliable when we tried it, so we have decided to order more. We're also ordering some Bumgenius v3s for a quick-drying option because these ones take 24hrs minimum to dry.

A fantastic nappy! Lovely snug fit on a newborn and great at holding loads of liquid and runny poo.
