This teeny version of the lovely V2 Easyfit, which is being launched at the same time, is a really great innovation for real nappy users. Most size 1 nappies fit from about 8lbs, and one-size ones from about 10-12lbs. But this nappy, which fits from 5-12lbs, caters for tiny babies and preemies, and is great for parents who don't want to compromise on fit during those first few weeks and months.
The nappy has been improved from the older version Easyfit in a number of ways:
The outer fabric is much softer and stretchier than before which makes the nappy more flexible, a better fit and lovely to the touch.
The outer PUL is also much more water resistant – pour a little water on the outside and watch it run off!
The anti-wicking fabric surrounding the core has also been improved meaning there is less risks of leaks out the side of the nappy.
The core of the nappy is now made from the new stretchy bamboo giving the same super fast absorption rate but with a super soft finish and low pile which prevents poo sticking!
The pull-out core is now backed with micro-fibre terry which has 50% more volume capacity than bamboo. Despite this extra absorbancy, the teenyfit will still have an additional booster as with such a tiny little nappy, it still needs the extra fabric in there.
Available in white as well as our fab new prints; Flower Power, Cherrylicious, Mushroom Magic, Tuttifruiti, Starburst and Cosmic.
It's unusual to see a great perfoming all-in-one, or a true one-size nappy, so to see an all-in-one one-size which performs in terms of absorbancy and fit, and which is easy-to-use, got us all very excited!
The thought that's gone into this nappy makes it one of the only all-in-ones that we've ever rated. One of the traditional problems with all-in-ones is that the seam where the fabric meets the wrap element can often "roll out" to allow the fabric to peep out. As soon as it comes into contact with any other fabric, water wicks out onto the other fabric, leading to wet clothes and bed clothes. Tots Bots have overcome this problem my creating a neat strip of fabric which is fastened well within the wrap. It is an inch away from the edge down the sides of the nappy, and just over that at the top of the front and back. This means the wrap will sit comfortably around the fabric, ensuring no leaks. Elastication at the back and sides of the nappy also ensure a secure fit.
The outer has a choice of fabrics - from the white material from which the flexiwrap is made, to the lovely new 2010 prints. The inner comes in a mix of bamboo and microfibre - the same great combination which has made the Flexitot such a success in the real nappy market. Bamboo - which is a silky soft naturally antibacterial and antifungal material. As it has such a quick growth cycle, bamboo is also a great choice for the truly environmentally conscious purchaser. It is slimline and really absorbant. This microterry has more than twice the absorbancy of a cotton terry, and is also beautifully soft to the touch. It is super-fast drying too. The use of these two fabrics together means that only half of each is used, helping to improve their two major setbacks - microfibre is generally bulky, but when used in conjunction with bamboo, is much less so. And bamboo takes a longer time to dry, but the combination fabric is quicker.
As an all-in-one, this nappy integrates the absorbant fabric and the waterproof outer into one simple piece. Its all-in-one qualities make it a great nappy for anyone unsure about switching to real nappies - all of those people who look at the nappies, wraps, liners, boosters, fasteners etc, and think that it's all a bit too much for them. This also means that child-minders and nurseries as well as reluctant in-laws will be more easily persuaded to come to your way of thinking - with one piece, there's no extra work as compared to putting on a disposable, so fewer excuses not to use reusables! It's also great for being out and about, as changing is simpler and there are fewer pieces to carry around with you.

Great product and great service when incorrect prints were sent. However, my 9lb 3oz newborn is not going to get much wear out of them! However, they do seem very comfy and no leakage issues yet.

Lovely design, great nappy for me as a newbie. Kept my baby dry and no leaks.

These nappies look great, are super easy to use, wash easily and dry pretty quick pulled out on the radiator, but unfortunately they leak and a leaky nappy just won't do! I've used them for 6 weeks from 6 to 10.5 lbs, at first i thought they leaked because my baby's legs were too skinny but this hasn't improved and now the nappies are getting too small. Instead I recommend a 2 part system, the tot bots stretchies & wrap are a little bulkier and slower to dry but fit snug around the legs and no leaks as of yet...

Love these, but concerned about the sizing - baby's just reached 8lb and don't think they'll be comfy for much longer. (A real pity as I've only just bought them to replace a smaller sized nappy and they're soooo cute!!) Definitely need the extra booster pads to absorb the liquid though!

Looks great, fits well but only good as day nappy.

Purchased this item for my sister inlaw who had a premmy (4 weeks early!) she loves it!

Too cute for words, happy with the performance but a bit concerned about the claim on weight range for teenyfit - my baby was 6lb 13 when she started using these nappies and is just under 8lb now but the legs are starting to get tight. She's still too dinky for the Easyfit v2 and I'm worried we'll have a few weeks of disposables between sizes

Haven't tried these beautiful nappies yet as am still pregnant. But having used Tots Bots flexi tot nappies on my son, these look just as good if not better! And they are small enough to use them from day 1 which is an added bonus.
