If the London borough in which you live has joined Real Nappies for London and you have a child under the age of 18 months, you could be entitled to claim an information pack and voucher. The voucher can be redeemed for nappies (and accessories) or a nappy laundry service (for a limited period) within six months of you receiving it. Check the list of boroughs here to see if your borough has joined the scheme. Voucher value and numbers will vary from borough to borough. | Lancashire | Lancashire County Council's Bottom Line Real Nappy Project, in conjunction with Local Real Nappy Businesses are offering you £45 towards to the cost of real nappies (£70 for two or more children). Making them more affordable to try. We will also give you all the information, support and advice you need to get started. To qualify for the incentive, you must need to be resident in Lancashire (ie. pay your Council Tax to one of the following District Councils: Lancaster, Wyre, Ribble Valley, Blackpool, Fylde, Preston, South Ribble, West Lancashire, Chorley, Blackburn with Darwen , Hyndburn, Burnley, Pendle or Rossendale) and either have a baby under 18 months or be expecting. The cash back option is good if you have already decided to use real nappies. Leeds City Council is offering £30 cash back on purchases over £50. This option does not include nappy accessories and proof of purchase will be required to claim the cash back. This option allows you to: - Choose your own style of nappy
- Use a nappy laundering service
Am I eligible for the real nappy incentive? - The childs parents or guardian must be a resident within Leeds City Council boundary.
- The child must be under 12 months old or the expectant mother in receipt of a mat B1 form.
- To apply for a trial pack or cash back please download a claim form and return to the address listed with the relevant documentation as indicated on the claim form.
- One trial pack or cash back is available per child.
Families taking part in the incentive scheme will also be asked to complete a feedback form to help us assess the success of the scheme.
