Useful tips for mum & dad Nappy Rash – this can be avoided or the incidence reduced by changing frequently so that baby is rarely in a wet nappy for long. If possible, allow baby to have nappy free periods. Apply EFB Calendula Daily Care Cream at changes, or EFB Red Clover Cream if soreness appears.
Massage – It relaxes baby, gives security and strongly aids bonding. It helps condition skin and muscle tone, prevents dry skin and related problems and also helps you to get to know your baby well. Ideal as part of bedtime routine.
Washing – make it fun, prepare baby for coming wash time and let baby participate and play. Allow yourself extra time to avoid rushing. Use a mild shampoo or bubblebath.
