Our standard delivery charges are based on the weight of products ordered. The drop down menu will default to the cheapest option - but please feel free to choose a different option if you would rather use that.
PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR POSTAGE OPTION CAREFULLY. WHILE WE WILL ALWAYS HELP CHASE UP WITH THE ROYAL MAIL ON UNDELIVERED ITEMS, IF YOU CHOOSE AN OPTION WITHOUT INSURANCE AND/OR TRACKING, WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ITEMS WHICH GET LOST IN THE POST. OUR RECOMMENDED POSTAGE METHODS ARE RECORDED SIGNED FOR OR SPECIAL DELIVERY.
Please note if you have ordered an item with free P&P, it will be despatched 2nd class or via Standard Parcel, whichever is cheaper. Please note that by choosing the default option, a couple of days will be added on to your delivery time. If your order includes a mixture of free p&p and p&p payable items, we will despatch them together if you request the cheapest option for the payable item, and separately if you choose a different option.
To see how your rates are calculated, please click on www.royalmail.com and click on the relevant option under the Postal Prices section. In addition, we add on a small amount for the packing materials we use, and that's it.
Postage and packing Policy: We will send your item out by whichever method you choose. If you do not choose an option which includes postal insurance, we cannot be held liable for any problems with royal mail losing your item, although for standard parcels without postal insurance, we will, where possible, request a 'certificate of posting', which will be proof of us posting the item. We take our customer's satisfaction to be the most important aspect of our business, and will always try and reach a resolution suitable to all parties in the event of an undelivered item.
We will deliver your package as soon as we can. This will usually be within 5 working days, although in some cases where we have a large number of orders to process, we may take up to three weeks to despatch your goods.
