We recommend using a tracked postage option - such as the Recorded Royal Mail option or our courier services. We cannot be liable for any other items which are lost in transit, although we do keep proof of postage and will always help you to try and track your goods. If you have changed your quantities or your postage option or if you have added in any delivery instructions, you will need to click on the update button above for your changes to be shown. We will despatch your package as soon as we can. If the items are in stock and we don't have a backlog due to a sale or other unprecendented high volume of sales, we will send all goods out the same day (or on the next working day for goods ordered after 11am or at the weekend). In some cases where we have a large number of orders to process or where we are awaiting stock on an item, we may take longer to despatch your goods. The delivery times shown (eg Next Day 5.30pm) are relative to the despatch day, not to the order being placed. Please check the stock availability of the item you are ordering as we cannot be held liable for delays due to items being out of stock, where this is accurately displayed on our website. Our standard delivery charges are based on the weight of products ordered.
