Thank you for your order.  Our standard delivery charges are based on the weight of products ordered. We will despatch your package as soon as we can. In some cases where we have a large number of orders to process or where we are awaiting stock on an item, we may take up to three weeks to despatch your goods. The delivery times shown (eg Next Day 5.30pm) are relative to the despatch day, not to the order being placed. While we will always try and ensure we send all goods out the same day (or on the next working day for goods ordered after 11am, at the weekend or on a Tuesday when we are shut) this is subject to our current order volume and the stock status of the item.

PLEASE CHOOSE YOUR POSTAGE OPTION CAREFULLY. We have the option of DHL or Interlink Express which are fully traceable and include insurance, or Royal Mail, which is traceable but  carries no postal insurance.  WHILE WE WILL ALWAYS HELP CHASE UP WITH THE ROYAL MAIL ON UNDELIVERED ITEMS, IF YOU CHOOSE AN OPTION WITHOUT INSURANCE, WE CANNOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ITEMS WHICH GET LOST IN THE POST. OUR RECOMMENDED POSTAGE METHODS ARE ANY OF THE INTERLINK SERVICES WE OFFER.
