If you’ve coveted the wet bags in the Bummis Organic Cotton Nappy Kits, then you’ll be pleased to know you can now buy these bright zippered bags separately. Chic, convenient and very colourful!
Wet bags have a multitude of uses but for most cloth nappy users the main purpose is to store the dirty nappies, either at home instead of using a bucket or when out and about on day trips.
Double-seamed on three sides, these new bags are designed and constructed to be durable and absolutely leak resistant. With that in mind, you can use them for anything – wet nappies, washable wipes, swimsuits, cosmetics, travel bag, etc
The zipper closure is great for controlling odour and the handle allows you to hang the bag from your buggy or stroller for easy accessibility for whatever you want to put in it.
Care instructions Turn inside out for proper washing. Wash and dry with your nappies at normal temperatures in the washing machine and dryer (if required). Rinse well. Don’t use fabric conditioners, chlorine bleach or any other whitening agents.
Made at the Bummis factory in Montreal, Canada, so be assured of good quality and fair labour practices. The fabrics and components in these wet bags are all sourced in North America and guaranteed to be lead, phthalate and BPA free. The minimalist packaging is environmentally friendly and made of chlorine-free recycled fibres.

Fabulous by name, fabulous by nature. The bag is gorgeous looking and works well too. I am using for all sorts; soiled clothes when out and about and wet swim wear, in addition to its intended use. The bag is well made and of high quality.

After two washes at 40, this is no longer waterproof and therefore we no longer use it.

Bought as an extra spare after I'd already bought & loved the green one. Nuff said!

Zip works well at protecting nappy bag from soggy items (not completely water tight but good enough unless something is absolutely dripping wet, and I think better than draw-string options), and strap is useful for hooking onto pram or door hook during a change. Easy care: if just a number one I give them a rinse and re-use; if a number two then I bung in with a baby clothes wash. A bit pricier than some wet bags but so much better looking!

Great size and functionality. I have one for clean nappies and another for dirty ones. Holds 2 fuzzy bunz with 2 inserts each plus a few 'back-up' disposables and towelling wipes. Easy to wash and quick to dry. Very pleased and look smart too. Great tip from someone else to add a couple of drops of lavender to keep the dirty bag fresh when out and about!

Really good for storing used nappies when you're out and about. Zip up closure much better at keeing in the smells than drawstring alternatives. Just a bit pricy for what they are but I would still recommend them to others. Size Small holds 3 nappies.
