Flushable and biodegradable, these super soft Bummis liners make clean-up a breeze – the perfect compromise between convenience and reusable nappies.
Everyone who first starts looking into reusable nappies (and one of the first questions you get asked as a reusable nappy user) is ‘how do you deal with the poo’? And the answer is by using a liner.
The liners absorb the solid waste and then you put the soiled liner in the toilet and flush away the mess.
These Bummis liners are non-irritating and ever so soft and comfortable against the baby's skin. We’ve tried other ones which are more like paper and much prefer these softer ones. Made from a non-woven material with no binder, these liners will biodegrade very quickly (within eight days in a sewage treatment system or 20 days in a septic tank).
They are 100% viscose rayon, a cellulosic fibre derived from natural sources. Use the larger size with synthetic nappies so the liner doesn’t slip around inside and against the fabric.
Please note that although the Bio-soft liners are highly biodegradable – the flushing of any product like this can cause blockage in old or damaged drains or very sensitive septic systems. Please discard pee soaked liners with your usual waste (they will still biodegrade) and let the soiled liners soak a few minutes in the toilet before flushing just so that they absorb water and break down a bit before they are released into your septic system.

These fit well inside my baby's BumGenius nappies and do the job well - just liquids getting through. Great!

We have been using these for our newborn from 3 weeks old. They are a good size and are nice and soft. Other liners we bought we found were too big and some were quite stiff. They have been great so far, we are happy with them and will definitely order again.

Personally I didn't like these as much as others. Others that I have used have come through the wash (ones that only have wee on them!) and been perfectly good to reuse whereas these become shrunken. Soft next to your babies skin and good the first time. CleanGreenNappy says: These are not sold as re-usable liners - so will not go through the wash.

I have tried lots of brands of flushable liners and these are the best I've used. They are the softest ones I've seen, are good value and do a good job. My son is 18 months old and I use them in his pocket nappies (various brands).

These liners are spot on size for pocket nappies to use they are very soft to touch when dry. Downside is that they are so flimsy they do not keep wetness away from baby and in my opinion are only usefull with older babies producing more solid matter. Definatley not usefull for a breast fed baby but will consider returning to these at a later date, for a liner just to dispose of waste they are ideal.

My favourite liners so far. They are a perfect size for my 6 month old, finally no need to rip, cut or fold! Nice and soft too.
